About Tom
Married to Pam for over 40 years, Tom moved to Kingsport in 1993; their two sons were raised and educated in Kingsport City Schools.
Tom served over 6 years on the Kingsport Board of Mayor and Aldermen, first elected in 2011, then asked to complete an unexpired term through 2017. He has spent decades in Chamber of Commerce leadership and civic board service across the community.
